I am passionate about Food & Wine. 

A good portion of my book is dedicated to my experiences in restaurants and with chefs.

I am the restaurant critic and columnist for Metro Newspaper. Read it both in print and online every Tuesday.

I am The Dinner Guest and Travel Columnist for Poetry of Food, an online food magazine out of NYC.

One More Bite is my blog about my food and cooking experiences.

I specialize in Chef Interviews —I interview renowned chefs on a regular basis each month.

I am on Foodshed Magazine’s Magazine Advisory Committee.

I ran a  number of different Food Book Clubs that are part of a ongoing series. The latest one: Appetite for Reading: A Book Club for Serious Food Lovers II.  I formed and co-hosted Taste of the China Seas, Taste of the Mediterranean and formed and hosted Appetite for Reading I, which had second successful season, with more to follow! Stay tuned.

I was a food judge—On Saturday, February 14, I was one of the featured judges for The National Post’s Shelf Life Taste Test.

    Thanks for the great site. I am sharing with my Culinary classes in high school to show them varying careers in the Foods industry.
