GENERAL LIFESTYLE TOPICS "10 Resolutions For People Who Can't Make Them" to how to strengthen your relationships - Writing about the everyday issues that affect out lives is what drives me - what not to say at work, how you can have your favourite desserts and not gain weight, and what questions to ask your doctor at your next appointment are on the minds of readers and I am here to address them.

HEALTH Health and nutrition is of utmost importance to me and so, I try and write about it as much as possible. Food labeling, how to pack more nutrients into your lunch on the run, and yoga moves you can do while stuck at that 3-day conference are just some of the topics that I cover.  I am also a certified and trained fitness instructor, though I am not teaching at this time.
