Photo – Working From Home

One of the joys of working from home is that you get to do a lot of things you can’t do in an office:

- You can listen to music as loud as you like and if the beat moves you, you can get up outta your chair and dance

- If you’re stuck on something, you can head outside for a walk or break and clear your head

- You can wear whatever the hell you want.  No one’s going to see except the FedEx guy, and he’s seen everything

The one thing that will most definitely occur is that if you have a cat, it will jump onto whatever your working on.  If you have a dog, it will sit on your foot, lick your skin raw and then drool all over your new shoes.

I am the luckiest girl in the world.

Photo – Cookbook Section

After reviewing a restaurant, I was in the mood to browse new book titles.  Of course I had made my way into the cookbook section, which now has a gazillion subsections, one of which is this above.

Yes, it is completely and utterly out of hand now…

Photo – So Many Typos, So Little Time

Sigh.  You wouldn’t believe how many of these I come across.  And it’s not just here – I’ve got photos capturing awful mistakes from places in Cape Cod, New York, Montreal, etc.

And despite what you may think, it’s not just low-end places either…

Photo – How Can They Do That?

It doesn’t matter that you can’t see the cucumbers, because it’s the price that matters.

And these are the big ones too, not those little pickling ones.

How is that price even possible?

Perhaps it’s not too early to start making gazpacho…

Photo – Hard at Work

Okay, so that’s not me hard at work.  But doesn’t she look focused?  I guess she hasn’t checked her voicemail or email yet…

Scott is the best lobster getter-outter I know.  Here’s the proof.
