Celebrity Chef Chuck Hughes returns to Toronto this weekend

elebrity Chef Chuck Hughes was in Toronto just a month ago whipping up delicious quick + easy recipes in the high tech LG Kitchen.

Hughes, co-owner and executive chef of two Montreal hot spots Le Bremner and GardeMange, is back in the 6ix this weekend to launch his phenomenal new kitchen pantry line - with tastings -including My Greek Landlord’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil and My Holy Hot Sauce.

Check out the full lineup of My Kitchen Staples products and Hughes connection to each producer:

My Greek Landlord’s Olive Oil ($16.99)

"It was ten years ago when my landlord (of Garde Manger restaurant), George, made me taste the olive oil pressed by his family in his native town in Crete, and immediately it became the official olive oil of my restaurants."

My Italian Winemaker’s White Balsamic Vinegar ($12.99)

"Those who know me know that I almost always use white balsamic vinegar. This is developed in the heart of Modena, Italy - it's the only one I use!"

My Woodman’s Maple Syrup ($14.99)

"This beauty comes from my friend Louis Charles, owner of a maple grove in the Montérégie region of Quebec and is sourced from one forest of approximately 8000 maple trees."

My Apple Farmer’s Apple Cider Vinegar ($11.99)

"The apples for this vinegar are hand-picked and pressed at the Verger du Clocher – a small orchard of about 4,000 apple trees. Unfiltered and with a strong apple taste you can literally drink this stuff – it’s so good!"

My Vegetable Farmer’s Spicy/Mild Antipasto ($5.99)

"These amazing antipasti have been developed with my friends Lino and Livia who have a farm just south of Montreal."

My Vegetable Farmer’s Hot Pepper Spread ($7.99)

"Also developed with my friends Lino and Livia, this hot pepper spread is the bomb!"
