-Co-Creator & Part-Time Instructor of Food Writing/Food Media Course at Centennial College School of Hospitality, Tourism and Culinary Arts.
-Contributor & Columnist The Dinner Guest for Poetry of Food Magazine, NYC. Wrote about my obsession with food, love of chefs + restaurants, and the search for the perfect meal. Also contributed a monthly column as well as ongoing travel pieces relating to food around the globe.
-I was Contributing Editor, Columnist, and Reviewer for award-winning magazine, The Writer for 14 years. Highlights include:
