Chef Rob Bragagnolo’s new shop inspired by Sunday roast dinners, opens Tuesday.

Specializing in slow roasted meats, carved by hand, the menu boasts Carvers Slow Roasted Chicken, which you can enjoy on a sandwich, a plate or on top of their signature Kale Crunch Salad with smoked avocado dressing. Drool.

Mexico Lindo
467 Danforth Ave.

Mexico Lindo expands onto the Danforth. The menu includes Burrito Grande, Sizzling Fajitas, Flautas, Chimichangas, and Quesadillas.

Mustachio
595 Bay St.

You know those addictive eggplant and veal parmiagiano sandwiches at Uno Mustachio on the bottom floor of the St. Lawrence Market? Well, a hearty congats is in order - after 26 years, a second location has opened, this time in the Atrium on the Bay food court, and this one has the added bonus of pizza.

Piano Piano
88 Harbord St.

The stunning new Italian restaurant by owner/chef Victor Barry opens this Friday evening.

Sak’s Food Hall by Pusateri’s

The new food and grocery mecca opened their doors Monday at Sherway Gardens.

Torteria San Cosme
181 Baldwin St.

Milagro owner/chef Arturo Anhalt of Milagro has opened a Mexican sandwich shop in Kensington.

Scrumptious tortas include Torta de Cochinita with Yucatán style pulled pork, pickled habanero onions, fried plantain and refritos.

Closed:

Sunday is the last day of service for Le Saint Tropez on King Street. Chef/Owner Fabien Siebert has run the restaurant for almost 25 years.

Marky’s is closed for renovations.

Tree Top African Café is also temporarily closed for renos.

A Quebec-style cabane à sucre – Sugar Beach Sugar Shack  is happening this Sat & Sun. The free community event includes skating, hot chocolate, authentic Quebecois food, cooking demos, maple taffy on snow and much more.
